IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE (29th May 2020)

During these exceptional times, the health and safety of our visitors and staff is our number one priority. We have therefore closed our doors temporarily until 30th June. This will be under review in June. Please check our website for updates.

COVID-19 EVENTS UPDATE (29th May 2020)

“Due to the Coronavirus situation we have taken the decision to postpone all events up until 30th June. As we are sure you will agree the safety of our customers and staff should always come first. New dates will be announced when we are satisfied that we can get back to business as usual. In the meantime, we appreciate you have spent some of your hard-earned cash on tickets for these events. As such we have three options for you to consider:

  1. We are operated by a registered charity (The Heart of the City Partnership #1165434) and like many other organisations any donations at this time would be extremely helpful. We realise though that for many people, personal finances may also become an issue.  If you are in a position to do so, you could leave the cost of your ticket as a donation. All we would need from you is an email telling us to do that.
  2. We can issue a credit note for the value of the ticket for use against any of our future events.
  3. Or we can offer a full refund.
