About Newcastle Castle

Coming to Newcastle Castle this April, we have our first 2 hour special from Crime Viral's founder and serial killer expert Cheish Merryweather featuring 'A Brief History of Female Serial Killers'.

The definitive study on female serial killers was finally released in 2015 and female serial killers are still far less likely to be considered a serial murderer than a man.

We will look at how female serial killers are motivated to kill and how they operate differently when compared to their male counterparts.

Serial killers featured this night...

- Aileen Wuornos

- Rose West

- Myra Hindley

- Karla Homolka

- Nannie Doss

- Dorothea Puente

- Mary Ann Cotton

- Jane Toppan

- Amelia Dyer

- Elizabeth Bathory

Open 7-days per week from 10am until 5pm, you can visit the family-friendly historic attraction, located in Newcastle city centre, to reveal the story of how Newcastle began, the reason the City got its name and to walk in the steps of the people who lived and died in the shadow of Newcastle Castle. Steeped in history this imposing Norman fortress, is a rugged reminder of Northern England's turbulent history.
