Wedding Packages

Whether you’re dreaming big or small, you’ll find the wedding for you here at Newcastle Castle.

At the heart of each package is your ceremony, with legal ceremonies taking place in the Black Gate’s Harbottle Suite and non-legal ceremonies in the Castle Keep’s Chapel.

You can upgrade your castle wedding package by choosing both types of ceremony, or by including a drinks reception in the Castle Keep Gaol.

Or how about the entire castle? With our Twilight Package, Newcastle Castle is all yours into the night, giving you and your guests exclusive and bespoke use of the spectacular Great Hall, rooftop, and aforementioned rooms.

What’s more is all of our wedding packages include a dedicated wedding coordinator, who will guide you through the process of crafting your castle wedding.

Food and Drink

Newcastle Castle is a dry-hire venue, which gives you the flexibility to hire in food and drink suppliers or bring your own from home.

We have worked with a range of suppliers and can offer personalised recommendations, from gourmet canapes to hearty hog roasts, and fine wines to fully-stocked bars.

And while each package includes a variety of in-house furniture and decorations, you are welcome to supplement or replace these with your own.
